User registration, data security
The use of some of the services offered by the virtual store dovi.shop, implies on the part of the users:

Return conditions
The product can be returned within 14 days from the moment of payment (according to Law no. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection).
1. Via Posta Moldovei – the customer sends the product to our address (Str. Oficiul postal MD-2005, DOVI SHOP SRL).
2. Directly to our office on str. Petru Rareș 77, office 205.
*The presence of the tax receipt is mandatory.
*The product must be in new condition, which means:
-Not to be worn.
– Not to contain defects and mechanical shocks.
– Must be in original packaging.
*The money is returned to the customer within 14 days of receiving the product. We are doing our best to expedite this process.
The returned amount as well as the return conditions do not include transport costs(Delivery fee paid by the customer at checkout ).
Limitation of liability
dovi.shop cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind that derive from accessing or using the website or any information from its content, including loss of profit or similar, with or without good will, due to breach of contract, damage (including negligence), liability on the respective product, even if the possibility of such damage has been announced in advance. These could be caused by the following (but not only):
– the impossibility of accessing the virtual store services
– actions or statements of any third parties about the virtual store
– unauthorized access or damage to transmissions or user data
The virtual store services are offered „as is” or „as available” and accessing them is done at your own risk.

Final specifications

The Regulation and the relations between users and dovi.shop will be governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Moldova.

Payment in cash of the value of the order will be made in full, in lei, until the delivery of the products to the courier who supplied the goods.
